We paid approx $700 for a two night stay. We were placed two doors down from the breakfast room, so were subjected to the noise of people coming and going each morning, relentlessly. The breakfast room was chaotic and messy and the options were kinda gross. I travel with a papered social emotional support animal and the check in manager quizzed me about her task competency even when I offered to show her papers. I found a filthy diaper on the floor of my room by the air conditioner, but based on my previous interaction, I didn’t feel comfortable telling the manager. And no one seemed to care that entire parties were occurring all over the parking lot well into the evening without any staff intervention. Won’t stay again, will give disappointed review at the crustiness, and find that the cost for this stay was equivalent to a stay at a fine hotel in the gaslamp. Crazy!
