Location was great, close to the bay and the ocean. Also walking distance to restaurants. We appreciated that we could bring our dog. The management company had good communication. They relocated us to a similar cottage as the original booking was not available.

Wonderful Spot!

Clean & cozy property as advertised, the owner greeted us upon arrival and was very welcoming. Check in was a breeze and the location couldn't be better.

Great Stay!

Our little family of 4 had a great time. Everything is within walking distance the beach, the bay, restaurants and shops. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. The place also had everything we needed!

Condo was clean and comfortable. You can hear the upstairs occupants (host) talking. They sound like the teacher from Charlie Brown, you can hear them walk across the room. Other than that it was ok. The initial fragrant when we walked in was a bit musty. Will we stay here again, probably not. Not for us. They did provided everything you need, chairs, umbrellas, towels. Overall it was an ok place to stay.

This space was perfect for just two people, you felt cozy and the decorations made it feel like home. I enjoyed the TV being hung in the corner of the bedroom so you could be comfortable. The pillows on this bed and the mattress were so comfortable great night sleep. The bathroom was just enough size for two people.

Less than a minute walk to beaches

Cozy little apartment very close to bay and oceanfront beaches, so you get to see best of both the worlds. Apartment is nice and clean with all the amenities (except dishwasher and laundry, paid laundry is close by). But nothing can beat the location, we enjoyed all the local restaurants and cafes just by walking in the area.

Great Place for Couple/Small Family

This was a great property for our small family. Right in middle of Mission and Pacific beaches and so close to everything we love. Check In/Checkout was easy and convenient and it was great that they contacted us a little early to inform us the space was ready. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Love the fact that it’s an easy walk to the quieter bayside or Mission beach of looking for the full beach experience. Would recommend this condo to any couple or small family looking for a great convenient place to stay.

Perfect Location

& had all the extras you need & very small appliance issues taken care of immediately. neighborhood a bit loud, but to be expected for the area. definitely recommend.

Beach Weekend!

Such a cozy condo! It is exactly as it is described. We walked into a beautiful home away from home for two days. Kitchen is ready for use, plenty of linens in the bathroom and bedroom, no issues with the TV or WiFi. It was great! Location is awesome. Just across the street from the beach ... and about a 20 minute walk/5 minute drive to Belmont Park. It was nice to try out a neighborhood restaurant, rather than our usual on the boardwalk. Check-in and checkout was seamless! We would definitely book this unit again.

Brand New!

This is a new property, and we were the first guests there. They did an amazing job of outfitting the place, and the few minor things they overlooked were taken care of within 24 hours. The place is a few steps from the bay, and just across Mission Blvd from the boardwalk side. There is a good sized living room with a smart TV, a wrap around bar area for dining, a nice sized bedroom, a full bath with tub, and a full functional kitchen that is missing only one item - a dishwasher - but with only two of us, no big deal. There is a large area and closet by the front door that allowed us to bring our bikes inside at night and store beach supplies out of the way - but a lot of it was provided. One of my concerns was parking, since I drive a full sized GMC quad cab with a 6’ bed, but it fit perfectly with an inch to spare. The owner is a really nice guy that is working hard to make it a great experience. Be sure to go see Tony at the Single Fin Bar across the street, especially on Thursday nights when specialty cocktails are less than half price. Great fish tacos.
