Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Staff was great. View from our room was amazing. But it was somewhat of a let down to see some of the finer details really lacking. Bed was broken down/mattress needed to be turned. Our feet sat slightly higher than our heads. Sink would back up when running water for any period of time (maintenance did come). Some aspects of the decor were very dated. Furniture needed cleaning but was Facia/peripherals was banged up. Amenities of the hotel were top notch. Grounds were very well kept. Still a great venue for large events.

It was such a great hotel to stay at. They even let us check in earlier than the time. The front desk lady was so nice. The cleaning staff were nice as well. The hotel had activities in which my family enjoyed. They have a cinema which looks fun.

Amazing hotel experience

What a great hotel! The lobby is gorgeous. Our room was clean and tidy and had an AMAZING view. I had told them that it was my daughter's birthday and they brought us a beautiful, fancy cake! (complimentary) They really went above and beyond my expectations. We will for sure be staying there again another time.

The hotel was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at yet. The location in San Diego was amazing! It was pretty close to most of the places and activities we wanted to do on this trip. Cleanliness was amazing and the pools were fantastic! Will definitely book again!

This hotel used to be our destination every summer or spring break. It used to be our favorite but the place is dirty now, finger prints everywhere and the rooms are not clean enough specially the bathrooms. We found multiple people hair all around. They changed our room and the second one was with hair too. The room amenities need a lot of attention. We spent around $1k for a weekend and it was not worthy. For that price we are making the decision to go somewhere else.
