The staff was a bit standoffish. I room had hairs all over the floor. The bathroom door knob was broken. Got stuck a couple of times in the bathroom. It took multiple times to get extra blankets.

No batteries in remote. Remote has no backing to remote. Couldn't watch TV without working remote. Toilet clogged and almost overflowed I ended up leaving early at 3 am for to toilet.

I had a terrible experience at the Days Inn by Wyndham Mission Valley/SDSU in San Diego. The reception staff were incredibly rude from the moment I arrived. When it came time to check out, they took an unusually long break, which caused me to nearly miss my flight. I also had a simple request — to change the bedding in my room and provide fresh towels. I asked THREE times, and despite assurances, nothing was done. The staff were not only unhelpful but downright incompetent in handling basic tasks. Overall, this hotel was a major disappointment. I won’t be staying here again, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for better service and professionalism.

Im on a mobility scooter. No luggage carrier available, I was told, Its in the parking lot somewhere. Had to stack my luggage on top of my self and drive up the elevator to my room. Housekeeper looked at me like I was in her way.Bed was horrible, could not find a spot it was remotely confortable, guys... check the beds every once in a while, people leave a mark.

Do not recommend… so dirty!!!

First off I requested early check in when booking, and called and emailed them to confirm this. When I arrived, I was told they do not allow early check in, and then a couple minutes later was told I would have to pay a fee for checking in early (I was totally fine with this) but was odd telling me it was not allowed, and then telling me to pay. We ended up not being allowed to check in early, which was frustrating after a long drive in from Arizona with a toddler. When we did get into our room it was gross. My son’s feet were black within 5 minutes of walking on the floor. The shower was SO dirty, with hair and chunks of stuff in it. The toilet plugged with every flush, and was given a plunger covered in other people’s poop. The walls were dirty, and there were spiders on the ceiling. The kitchen smelled funky, and was also dirty with crumbs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My only positive was there was no bed bugs.. but that’s a low standard.

Overall the hotel is a good value. It has a pool and a hot tub. The mattress and pillows were comfortable for me. The room was clean. I suspect that this was formerly an Extended Stay hotel. The room is large and has a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, a small microwave, a sink, cabinets, and drawers. There are no dishes, utensils, etc. The two elevators are very slow. After 7 the front doors are closed and so you have to go to the garage to use an elevator or use the stairs. Unless you walk a mile or more, there's nothing to do within walking distance. There want a do not disturb sign to put on the door, but the front desk staff got me one quickly when I asked for one. It an ok place to stay. Maybe a bit more if you want to swim or sit in the hot tub. I did feel safe

This property was terrible and nothing like the description online. The first room we got was filthy dirty and had not been touched from the previous gusts. The second room had people next door who had been living there and was trashed with the door wide open as you walked by. We felt completely unsafe the entire time as there were people just hanging out in the balcony everywhere. We were supposed to stay two day. Checked out after two hours and lost our money but we didn’t get care at that point. This place was terrible. Would not recommend for anyone taking children.

The room where we stayed was a studio suite with a small kitchen. We didn’t have any pans or plates & the cabinets were outdated. The closet ran off its track so we could move it too much. Same with the shower doors. We had to be extra careful. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. Just wish it was more updated.

Dirtiest room I've ever seen

Absolutely filthy room. Blood stained sheets. Little brown crawly things in the corners of the mattress. I walked into the room and immediately stepped in literal excrement that was on the floor. I’m not a picky person but this place was gross even by my standards. Went immediately back to the front desk to see if there was a room we could have that at least didn’t have poop on the floor and the woman at the desk, after I explained the situation said a single word, “okay.” When I asked for a different room she stared at me silently for 20-30 seconds without moving or speaking. So I left the keys and checked out. I did call the next day and ask for a refund and the person on the phone politely refunded the remainder of the booking.
