The distance from the beach was unexpected, so close! A real treat! Our host was very prompt with answering any questions. The parking was great, not having to deal with on street parking! The place was not as clean as I would have expected, bathroom could have used wiping down from previous guests, hair in bathroom drawers, carpets are stained.

This condo has fantastic views of the ocean and the bay. It has wrap around water views from the balcony and the den. There was a slight problem/delay when we checked in but the owner quickly resolved it. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a mission beach location. The location is perfect, just a few steps to the beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back.

Location and parking were very good, although very congested and noisy in evening on weekend. Disappointed at view. A straight South view overlooking roof tops and poles with the Bay on East and ocean on WestThe walk to ocean was excellent.Apartment was very nicely appointed and comfortable for two adults, although bed was smaller then we fit in.Lovely color scheme. Very clean. Very thoughtful.Took us awhile to find side door to exit garage.No contact from owner.

Accurate description of the condo . We have stayed many places in the San Diego area and this was our favorite. Loved the proximity to the ocean,excellent restaurants,and great views. Our host was responsive but didn’t need much as everything was available and clear at the condo.

I would recomend this place. Just 60 feet from a good area of Mission Beach. Balcony has view of Ocean, not beach and corner window of living room faces a Mission Bay view. Kitchen is very well stocked for staples, cookware, tools, plates, glasses, and dishes. Living room TV has streaming support so you can watch your own YoutubeTV content as well as Netflix, Prime and others. Secure building with great indoor parking.

This is a well-maintained condo with beautiful views, great security and fantastic accessibility to both the beach and restaurants. With all of these positive attributes, the best thing about it is still the host. Sandi was incredibly kind and patient, picking up the phone to help me access the unit when I had made a mistake in missing the welcome email. She also struck the perfect balance in being available to help, but also allowing us space to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back and I cannot give a stronger recommendation for this incredible vacation spot!

This is the perfect set up for a couple to explore San Diego Mission Beach. You can't beat the location. Literally steps to the beach. And super close to the Bay. Coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards all provided! Good restaurants very close and a full service mini mart grocery with a great wine selection right across the street. And kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including coffee, spices and oils. Sandi has literally thought of everything. Unit also includes a parking space which is SO useful in this neighborhood. I highly recommend a stay here!
