Friendly staff greeted and oriented us to hotel and environs. The hotel is right next to the imposing courthouse and a short block to stairs down to the Riverwalk. Very convenient. Older property but clean, safe and quiet.

The entire hotel was in bad shape. The service staff was slow in their uptake and response times. Never enough towels. It was SUPER LOUD. The train, the traffic, the church light show and music, and the other tenants could be heard throughout the entire night. The crib we received was disgusting. The throw rug was dirtier than any ive ever seen. The floors were filthy. The bathroom vanity leaked everywhere. Towels had holes. Tiles in bathroom had chips and were razor sharp. Had to call twice and go downstairs for help with a problematic toilet. Shower leaked everywhere constantly. Not a great stay.

Restroom was dirty, water in the shower didn’t drain. Could not even shower our kids, there was hairs from previous people. So disgusting, never staying there again. Then to top it off a $200 deposit which til the day haven’t returned. 100% have to pay $45 valet parking if not you park on the street which is impossible. Cheap room, expensive charges. Not worth it

The hotel is older and needing repairs or updates. The pool was unusable as it was very dirty. The pool had a lot of stuff floating in it and was very green and cloudy. Most of the staff were friendly.

We didn’t read everything before booking and that’s 100% our fault. You can’t just park in their ramp, you have to pay $40.05 per night for your vehicle for valet. And that comes out of your extra $200 deposit you have to put on the room. Pictures online make it look much bigger and nicer than it really is. The staff were very friendly, but the hotel needs work.

The rooms were dirty the bathroom was disgustingly dirty and it was a handicap room. The shower and shower seat when we arrived was not save at all. I was shocked that the shower seat was not replaced or complained from the last guest. I stayed in this hotel seeing it had 5 stars , I was shocked and surprised as to how this hotel was rated a 5 star hotel. It needs to be cleaned up and updated for sure. Front desk needs training in helping handicapped people and to smile . The valet folks where very friendly and the waitress at the restaurant and bra with the colored hair was outstanding.
