I didn’t like the I found hairs on my bathtub and floor like if they did not mop. Found a hair on the sink area too. I could not watch tv because the remote control did not work. Also the fridge made a lot of noise l. Other than that the room looked and smelled clean like other motels with cigarette odor.
Did not look like the picture's, it was run down and the people that were staying there looked suspicious...Never again.
Everything was nice the property was a good property to sray at will be staying there again

Friendly staff, quiet, close to restaurants, microwave and fridge included, enjoyed my stay.

Room seemed perfect at first. Then I took my shoes off to relax and all went to hell!! Floor was covered with hair from previous guest, night stand and table in room was not clean,could see and feel grease of some sort. Bed sheets were stained. Top blankets had numerous cigarette burns in them. Tenants next to our room were loud asf.. Outside with like 7 people from other rooms!! Only good thing was premium tv channels actually worked!
Very loud and every time I came back to my room the key would not work.
Wasnt bad. Quick stay just needed a place to sleep. HEB and restaurants close by was a plus.

Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.
