✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for up to 6 vehicles in the large driveway, plus ample street parking.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home, plus several laptop-friendly surfaces.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n’ Play/travel crib, high chair, are available/upon request. The amenities are subject to change and no assurance is made that all described items will be available in the home.

✹ NO SMOKING: Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the home.

★★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★★

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door. You will be provided with a unique code for the lock.

✹ The pool can be heated for your comfort. An additional fee of $60/night plus tax is applicable. Please advise us in advance if heating will be required during your stay.

✹The Grill uses propane. It is self-serve and on an honor system. Guests will need to clean before and after
use, and refill the propane tank. A charge of $75 will be applied if grill is not cleaned after use, and tank is not refilled.

✹The pool has a child safety fence around for the protection of our wonderful guests. It is not shown in the pictures.

✹ PETS: We welcome one well-behaved pet, up to 50lbs. Prior permission must be sought. A $350 pet fee applies.

✹ All of our TVs are streaming-ready. You will need your own logins to access the services.

✹Important: Upon reserving the home, you will need to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi.
This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please complete your verification upon receipt of this communication to avoild delays in getting your reservation process completed.

✹INSURANCE: Due to the nature of living in an unpredictable world, we highly recommend you invest in travel insurance to protect yourself in any case of unforeseen circumstances. We strictly abide by our cancellation policy if you decide to cancel. If you are interested in travel insurance, options will be presented to your during the reservation process. We do not have any affiliation or specific recommendation for these vendors.

✹ A rental contract must be signed upon reserving the home. A Government ID with a picture is required.

✹ NATURE & WILDLIFE: The property is located in a tropical climate. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters such as squirrels, chipmunks, racoon & insects (lizards, ants, mosquitoes, spiders, ect), and the occasional friendly bug or two inside or outside the property. Rest assured, we have regular cleanings and comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters; however, bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas. This is a part of the natural tropical experience and is outside of our control.
