Location is great overall, walking distance to restaurants and Riverwalk. 7 Eleven is right around the corner 5 minute walk from Hotel for late night snacks or some small forgotten travel amenities. Parking is not free. It’s $20 a night. Parking is around the corner from hotel, which was not an issue for me, but could be an inconvenience to others. Overall hotel is not bad for its location.

The room was good the only problem was the shower kept dripping and housekeeping only clean my room one time out of the three days I was there and if you get a room here there is no parking we had to park down the street at a parking lot and the hotel charged us 20 bucks a day to use their parking

Parking lot is around the block in the back. Not $20 a Night value. The loading was blocked out luggage as we arrived. Parking was almost non existent. If you had any dissability this is not for you. The claim on river is not so much. It is on a section of river, not on the area of intersest. Parking is not gated, it has lift gates and wide open. The luggage carts are small and almost usless. The cook was reachinh in oven to turn the omelets over by hand instead of using gloves. Felt it was a good hotel, definitely not the price value.

The room wasn't in great condition. The walls and ceilings are peeling. We stayed on the first floor. I peaked into a second floor room and the condition was much better. The room however was clean. The bathroom was not clean.there was mold in the corner, broken tiles around the baseboards and the shower stunk of mildew because of a dirty shower curtain. There's no vent in the bathroom so moisture can't escape. I know it's a historic building but there's no excuse for dirtiness.

The breakfast was terrible. The omelette went into trash after one bite. Also, the heat(thermostat) in room did not work. Be prepared to pay $21 plus parking fee that is not onsite. Will not stay here again.
