I love that they still have breakfast! Staff is all super friendly! The shower and jetted tub are amazing too! My only complaint is it was hot in my room. I turned the air down to 68 and was still hot. The halls are a little stuffy too. Great place other than that!

Check in took over 30 minutes... Got a knock at the door ar around 2:15 am that the tv was loud... but i can assure we were not loud nor was the tv loud... bath tub had a drainage problem as well. water was not going down ĺ... just not what we expected

Took the family for a family vacation and stayed here in a suite. Rooms were clean, big and nice. However don’t count on behind the desk staff. Asked for some extra towels, blankets, sheets and pillows for the sofa bed and got a hand towel, wash cloth, 1 sheet and no pillows. Was told they didn’t have anymore (the hotel was not full at all…..stayed during the weekdays). The continental breakfast included 6 muffins, a waffle maker, very stale cereal (they only had fruit loops) watered down juices and a coffee machine. Once the muffins were gone they never replenished them or the cereal (if you dared eat it). Another hotel patron went to the desk and asked if they were going to put more food out. They gave her a paper plate with 2 muffins. They have 1 ice machine and have a camera watching it. They tell you to limit getting ice due to the hot weather. No other hotels do this. I went to fill my family’s Yeti tumblers before we went out for the day and a man came running from behind the desk yelling at me not to fill 4 tumblers up with ice. One word I can say for this place…..STINGY!!!!!! Or CHEAP!!!! Take that info and stay at your own risk.

Was decently clean, room reeked of mildew, bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling. Close to downtown and Sea World. It’s clear the place is on a strict budget. Wasp nest on ac units near swimming area. Definitely get what you pay for :)

Best Hotel Option for the Money!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Extremely affordable & super clean hotel. Very nice decor. You can tell the owner and staff care about the hotel's appearance and the guest experience. Luggage carts were available as well. I was a solo traveler and stayed 4 nights. Spent 3 days at the pool, it was great. This is located in a better area of town and I felt safe here.
