The walls were dirty, a used wash rag was left in the shower. Each queen bed had only 3 pillows on it. Towels were incredibly thin, no coffee pot, no plastic bag , ONE paper cup was provided….and get this…we weren’t allowed to bring the cheap breakfast upstairs to eat in our room. There wasn’t even an extra blanket or pillow available. I have never stayed at a place that cuts so many corners.

We had a change of plans and had to stay one more night. But didn’t know this until after we checked out. We reserved a room again and then came in and spoke with the gentleman who checked us out earlier in the morning. He allowed us to come in a little earlier than 3 for check in.

I chose this place because others said it was clean and a good place to stay. At first I thought the place was clean but after looking around I found two empty beer cans in the dresser drawer. I opened the closet to hang up a jacket and I see foam from the ironing board on the floor so they do not ever check in the closet to clean it. I think the bed felt gritty. It was late so I just decided we could deal with this. After the first night they did clean the room by giving us new towels and removing trash. They did not clean the room after night 2 and after night 3 I saw the cleaning staff on our floor and requested them to clean our room which she replied that she did not speak English. I stopped by the front desk and put in a request which the front desk person said they would put in the request. Later that day I stopped by the room and saw the housekeeping staff at the end of the hall and my room had not been cleaned. I went downstairs and I saw a housekeeping staff person and asked them for my room to be cleaned and they said they only serve the 1st floor. So I again stopped by the front desk and made the request with the same person as before. That evening I arrived to my room to find it untouched, still with wet towels on the floor, garbage in cans and same sheets. I went downstairs and the front desk person checked the housekeeping papers and they said my room had been cleaned. It had not so he gave me some towels and sheets and a roll of toilet paper. Horrible Hotel and Customer Service

Horrible experience the hotel had over 50 small bugs in the room. The manager sent us to another room and it had mini cocharoaches. This place does not follow up and they still charged me.
