Super accommodating host for a last minute reservation. It was equipped with all of the essentials, and I have no complaints. I would recommend this place for any business traveler or solo/duo travelers wanting a a quiet modern studio that’s a short drive or walking distance from everything: downtown, midtown, Golden One Stadium, Cal Expo, Old Town, and other local attractions alike.

Host was very responsive and the property was very clean as shown in the pictures. My only issue was parking. There is parking on the street, but you have to get in pretty early to get a spot near the apartment. I traveled by myself and tried to return before dark and was able to find a spot. Other than that, the property itself was very nice.

The check-in process and check-out was smooth and well communicated. The apartment was as described in the pictures and listing. The kitchen facilities well fit my needs for my two month stay for clinical rotations. However, there was an issue with the dishwasher not working that ended up taking half of my stay to get fixed. There was no compensation or apology for this mishap. Otherwise the facility well suited my needs and location was convenient for what I needed.
