Disliked: Cleanliness
Host canceled our reservation after we had arrived in Rome. Just 2 hours prior to checkin. Reservation was made last month and host didn’t respond to a single question over the weeks leading up to the reservation. Zero communication and nearly apologies for his mistake. I spent the following hour (during a paid tour) to find a replacement with 4 suitcases. We are hosts and would never write a bad review unless it was well deserved. This was to be a special trip for our anniversary.
