The staff were very nice and friendly. However, the room was very bad. The standing shower smells very bad, a smell of mold sewer, and even after reporting to the staff, the smell persisted for the whole stay. We requested for a room change, but they said all rooms are full. Also, after each shower, the water flooded out on the floor, and we had to put many towels to dry it up. The toilet is way too high for average people.

Absolutely great location. Close to train station and metro. Literally dozens of restaurant options within walking distance. Affordable. Breakfast area is compact but hotel has people sign up for when they are planning to attend so it works out. Staff great. Building is dated but well maintained.

Air conditioning was off because the hotel felt it’s near winter…I do feel it should be up to the customer if they want to use it or not. We didn’t have a choice. That’s the only criticism I have .

Nice central location to Termini. Everything is within reasonable walking distance of this location. Hotel was just OK though. Water pressure on the 5th floor was quite low, which made Shower more of a light rinse. Rooms are ok, but in need of some updating. Room was very quiet. A/C worked very good.

The property has a good location for dining and transportation. The hotel offers a great breakfast. However, the property needs an upgrade compared to United States standards. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good rest. Additionally, they turned off the central AC only because the temperature outside had cooled. Although after my complaint, they turned back on. Finally, the room lacked a separate shower. It only has a very tall bathtub with a curtain around it to separate it from the beds. This bathtub poses an unreasonable danger due to its height, making it difficult to get in and out.
