The location is perfect. The room was clean and very good aircondition. The lift was also good when compared to other three star hotels (we used in the past in the termini area.) Great staff, just to mention one of them, Edwardo was very helpful and very efficient during our check in. (This was great as we arrived late during the night) The only improvement one can mention is that the wifi signal was not very strong throughout the room.
hi just returned from Rome,,This hotel California 5 minute walk from termini station and buses.Clean well cleaned rooms every day.Lovely breakfast and staff very polite and helpful. No bar or restaurant on sight but lovely restaurant next door, and loads of restaurants near.We had 2 rooms ,internet a bit up and down by times.
Nice Tidy Hotel . Great location for all the sights and very close to main rail station . Nice friendly staff. Basic but ample breakfast . Plenty of Bars close by . Excellent hotel for a friends weekend .
Great hotel, excellent value for money ( breakfast 5 euros). Clean fresh rooms in a great location. Staff very friendly. We all enjoyed our stay thank you. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity too
The hotel is ideally situated for a short break in Rome. Close to restaurants and monuments, easy walking distance from Collosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Staff are friendly and speak English. The hotel itself is a bit jaded. Unusual en-suite arrangement with a curtain separating bath/shower and sink area. Bed was comfortable and plenty of space in room. Not the place for a luxury break. Didn’t book breakfast but friends traveling with us did and said it wasn’t the greatest. All in all OK for the money
Near termini station. Do not reserve rooms on the last floor. The smoke’s smell is unbearable. Perhaps the exsaust fan had brought the smoke to the rooms during our stay. Breakfast reasonable. The traffic noise is terrible to sensible sleepers.
Great location friendly and helpful front desk, rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast average but can't complain as the price for 3 night bed and breakfast was so reasonable. Would definitely stay again.
Stayed for 3 nights the location is amazing but everything else is ok. Customer service was good, Mornjng breakfast was not good the eggs were runny the bread wasn’t fresh and the machine they had to make cappuccino was not good. The room it self was small and so was the bathroom. Window was facing the street that was nice. Tv was very small. The sheets were weird one piece out of three was very dirty. I wouldn’t stay there again. But price is good
Location, location, location...First of all we arrived at Fiumicino airport and took a bus ride for €6 to Roma Termini, from there is only 4min walking distance. The hop on hop off bus also stops at Roma Termini, the breakfast was very good, the beds were good, the service was good, they understand English and Spanish, we stayed 2 separate times on the first stay the internet was perfect, on the second so-so but we went near the elevator and work perfectly. Clean rooms.
First off I loved the location, very conveniently located to visit all the most important sights in Rome of importance by walking. I had 2 consecutive reservations for this hotel made on line on Hotel.com, unfortunately my first reservation even making the same request I was pre-assign a double room # 41, I was very disappointed and would have walk away if it wasn't prepaid, was advised by the agent it was not possible to change the room, hotel was completely booked. Unfortunately my second reservation was also prepaid. I was assigned # 415, very spacious and comfortable, Overall this is not a negative review, the check in staff was fantastic, very helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast can be improved, same choice everyday. I wish the hotel would consider adding a couple news channel like BBC and Fox for their English and American guests. I've stayed in a lot of 3 star hotels that give English channels and hope this hotel will consider adding it, definitely will be an incentive for frequent visitors. I am a frequent traveler to Italy and will stay their again on my next visit.
