We liked the cleanliness of the hotel in general and the pleasant attitude of the staff. I just wish the cleaner did not come to knock on our room for two times when we were still sleeping ( 8 AM, 9 AM), and then the final knock (11:40AM, when we were about to leave the room to check out)- we checked out on time- but I felt been bothered for the whole morning! So one star off because of this.

The breakfast did have plenty of variety , albeit not exceptionally high in quality but still plentiful to choose from . It may be a coincidence but the last two or three Italian hotels I have stayed at the service staff is too busy for momentary friendliness. I understand the work can be grueling . It may be a cultural norm but I do not recall this at a recent experience at a Scandinavian hotel ….this is not to say, however there weren’t staff members who greeted guests There were , but I believe this was a matter of the individual and not of hotel training . The hotel decors in lobby and breakfast room were absolutely stunning . I would go back for this alone .

paid extra for a superior room with AC. When checked in gave us an outdated disgusting room without AC. When complained, front desk people lied and said they did not have AC until I demanded to check out. Manager then miraculously gave us a room which was updated (although still not the cleanest) with AC! He just happened to find one!!! This was a tiresome hotel and for $429 a night, an absolute disgrace. They should not be able to advertise on Expedia that they have AC and then not provide it to the majority of guests. We met many people in the hotel who also complained about not having AC as well but did not complain as we did and so were not accommodated. Another irritating thing with the hotel was the terrible internet connection. If we were on business, we would have been irate about this too. This hotel cannot be recommended.

The hotel is very relaxing, comfortable bed, good shower, nice and clean. The view from our premium room was ok. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety for everyone. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our main issue was, on the Hotels.com website, it lists the hotel as having 24 hr airport shuttle, which is incorrect, they do not have a shuttle at all. Therefore, we had to pay £38 on arrival and £51 for our returns to and from the hotel. An expense we hadn’t figured into our trip. Also, making our arrival very stressful.

Always stay here when in Rome. Easy 2 block walk from Termini Station. A bit pricey, but nice, quiet rooms, helpful staff, full service hotel. Only disappointing part is the breakfast buffet, which is the saddest we encountered in our 2.5 weeks in Italy. Fix that and it’s an easy 5 stars.

I liked the location, the hotel is ok, my only complaint would be to the dining room manager. Update your breakfast buffet. Only scrambled eggs and greasy bacon as hot dishes. I’ve seen a lot better buffets, so your was disappointing. There was no imagination. Maybe your chef has worked there too long.
