Overbooked. I booked a Junior suite at Rhome Hosting with many weeks in advance but it was overbooked so when I arrive at the B&B, i was asked to checked in at another Guest house with lower rating, smaller room and no view. The is happend even after ai informed Rhome Hosting One day before my arrival that my flight was delayed so I needed to check-in later than the original time, the owner responded several times “No problem” so I trusted him. When I arrive at the building of Rhome, very tired and at night I was inform by the owner of the other Property that I had to check in at his Guest house instead of Rhome Hosting. He didn’t answer my calls only text messages showing a completely different attitude from our previous messages.. He started accusing me that it was my fault for arriving late and that at least he found a “Solution” because he wasn’t even required to checking me in. When he finally answered one of my calls, he was rude and end up hanging up on me without any apology just accusations and putting the fault on me. I’ve traveled a lot and have never experienced such a terrible service from a hotel/airbnb/B&B There are many good options in Rome but this one is not one of them.
