"The night representative at the front desk was extremely rude and argumentative. I had a taxi reservation arranged through the hotel; however, my flight was cancelled due to a strike at FCO Airport. I called the front desk at approximately 4:45 a.m., but no one answered, so I went downstairs to inform the staff that I needed to cancel the reservation.
The representative immediately became upset and argumentative. I assume he may have been sleeping in the back when I came down to the desk. The entire interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful during an already difficult travel situation."
