First room I was checked in to, the air conditioning didn't work. Went right back downstairs to get a new room and asked for a new room. Also asked about bed bugs and the desk clerk proudly announced that it had been almost two months since they had found any. I cancelled my reservation and got out of there. The lobby and elevator were dirty and the room stunk. Would not recommend.

As a solo female traveler I didn't appreciate the males at the front desk. Two different guys got me checked in. The first one asked what brought me into town, which seemingly innocent, is none of his business. The second said my phone number and had me give him my email, both out loud for anybody to hear. Security for their female guests seems to be on the back burner.

**Extended Stay Hotel Review** I recently had a stay at an Extended Stay Hotel, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. While I appreciated that they accommodated a very late-night check-in, the state of the room and hotel left much to be desired. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by how dirty everything was. The cleanliness was severely lacking, and it made the space feel gross and uninviting. I found myself laying down towels just to feel comfortable enough to sit on the bed, which is not what you expect when paying for a hotel room. The overall condition of the hotel did not provide a welcoming atmosphere, and I struggled to relax during my stay. Given the lack of cleanliness and comfort, I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and do not book here.

Basic hotel was fine for one night. Room smelled like smoke and strong air freshener (trying to cover up smoke smell). Not too far from Hard Rock Casino. Paid more than I would have liked. But was good for the one night we needed it for, probably would not stay here again due to smell and basically no breakfast. Hotel staff were pleasant.

I really liked that there was a kitchen. It made fixing daytime meals easy for my mom while I was at work. She liked it better than the place she stayed on her previous visit.
