Under heavy construction and cleaning. Seems they had water damage that was being repaired. Alot of industrial equipment and loud fans throughout the halls making passing through difficult and noisy.

Very friendly staff always willing to help. Great breakfast area with evening soup which was wonderful on these cold January nights. Housekeeping did not come one time during our stay and the front desk was accommodating to give us extra towels and supplies we needed for our room.

The room was clean. They let us use a seat in the tub for my wife. We wanted to eat breakfast there, but went to Mayo and she couldn't eat for four hours before her MRI so she didn't get to eat. I went at 6 am, we had to be at Mayo by 7 and there wasn't any hot food, but maybe there was later? Unfortunately, I didn't get to find out. They did have a beef stew the night before that smelled delicious!

The staff were very caring, they texted us during our stay to make sure we were doing good or if we needed anything. Room was clean very efficient, breakfast was great many options, as well as the parking no problems. Will definitely come back. Oh and great location, not to far from Mayo Clinic and everything you need is close.

The hotel was very clean, I was impressed by the room. It was small but very clean and the cleaning staff there was always on top of cleaning, they came to our room right away in the morning while we were at breakfast. The hot breakfast food was not the best but there was a lot of variety and they switched the meals up each day so that was nice. The pool area and hot tub were nice and clean and warm and working. The front desk worked super quick. It was a great stay
