Staff was unable to provide two room keys that worked. Then the only working key stopped working and another working one could not be produced. The front desk is often unstaffed so it is necessary to walk around the property to find someone who can help. When the toilet got stopped up, I was provided with a plunger stored in a plastic bag fouled with human waste.

It was nothing like the pictures, stained sheets or just plain dirty. Broken jetted tub handles. Didn't even stay the first night. Put a claim in to get my money back. Would not recommend.

Typically, my stays here encounter lots of extra creepy crawling guests if you get my point. I basically can't bring in my suitcase unless I want to leave with stowaways. But this time, to my delight, NO BUGS at all. A nice clean room. Thank you thunderbird.

The young lady that checked me in was extremely kind and welcoming. I think that’s why I didn’t realize it wasn’t the best place. The bottom of the door in my room had a large gap. Big enough for someone to slide something under and unlock my door. There was also a 7x7 square hole in the ceiling

The room was very clean. The front desk was very nice and friendly. Housekeeping was even friendly when they came to the door to tell us it was check out time even granted us late check out without giving an attitude. Pleasant experience. The water in the shower stayed hot for hours.
