Roomy, Great staff friendly service clean quiet hotel and everything in order sparse and good quality

The hotel and its amenities were very good! The staff was very friendly, and everything was great! The location was good for us, and we would highly recommend it to all of our friends. The breakfast is good and much appreciated. We would stay there over the Mission Inn!

Great downtown location across the street from the convention center. The hotel definitely gets a lot of use due to its convinient location. The couch in the room was very worn with some tears.

They should train people with food and beverage. I bought Starbucks the girl at frontdesk is the one who made the drink and she is asking thr other guy how to make it and the other guy dont know he said to just check the manual, so unprofessional! I waited for 25mins for 3 drinks be made! I paid $14 for 3 drinks that doesnt have any taste, the cup is not fill up only half of the cup, she did not even put an ice or shake the frappucino, no whip cream so disappointing.

overall nice hotel market street was right out my window and it is loud and busy would expect better soundproofing

We chose this hotel based on the location. We were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to our dinner reservation. We were able to walk close by to the nearby shops and restaurants. Great location for tourists!

We enjoyed our stay there very much and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.

Really enjoyed my overnight stay at this Hyatt! The room was very reasonably priced, comfortable and clean, had ample work space, a great TV, which had easy access to HDMI and lots of connections and plugs. The cheerful staff was really helpful and it was easy to say they love their jobs. I arrived pretty late, and they even loaned me a highlighter for my work. I don't hesitate at all in giving them a 5!

Staff was awesome! Especially front desk the woman named Linda was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful

Spacious room, nice staff. Overall would recommend this hotel. Price was right.

I stayed there one night...the only complaint I may have is the limited parking that the location has; everything else was great.

1/2 block from the Mission Inn. Terrific place to stay and enjoy the Christmas festivities in downtown Riverside.

Not a great stay at all. Room was dirty. They told us we could check out at 1. Then they said 12 :30. So they were gonna leave me and my 2 little ones waiting in the lobby for my husband instead of our room. There was dirt on both the bed and sofa bed. Pretty much the whole room. The breakfast was not good at all.

Every this was really great but the smell in the room we got was a smell of mold in the room and when we got our room house keeping didn't close the door. Other then that I would have given a better review.

Wanted to stay downtown near the Mission Inn and this place was great.

Liked the breakfast buffet but they seemed a bit understaffed & a little overwhelmed. This was our 1st time coming to this tournament but from what I understand - it is a yearly event which sells out the hotel so I would assume they can anticipate the crowds & staff accordingly. Also refers to check in & room services. Still very convenient. Staff did try & were nice

We had an overnight stay at the Hotel Christmas Eve. We found the staff to be friendly and courteous. Since we were out late, we woke up late for breakfast...just a little after service stopped. The staff made a special breakfast so my children could eat, and I found that very pleasing.

This hotel is very near the center of downtown Riverside. There are many restaurants and shops to visit in this walkable city center.

I booked a room for my 69yr old mom and 90yr old grandma for thanksgiving. My reservation was for 2 queens but when we checked in there was only a single king size bed available. The desk manager, tried to act like I booked it wrong but after showing him my email confirmation he apologized and said he would send up a care package to the room and we could get a new room the next day. No attempt was ever made to switch our room and no care package ever arrived. The girl working the desk at checkout acted like since I'd booked it thru an outside source there was nothing she could do about it and didn't care. $330.00 for a shared bed for 2 nights. Lousy!

A surprising experience, great value. I would recommend this anytime to anyone.
