I think this us a fairly new hotel so maybe they beed more time to get ut together. Parking is available in an adjacent structure but entry is very confusing, as was finding my way to the hotel entrance. Both issues could be easily solved with signage. Instead I was saved by another guest who'd faltered the same way the day before. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the interior is very nice. Once in my very nice 5th story room, I noticed the street noise immediately. It feels like they could have used better glass to block some if the noise. Earplugs are a must, at least on t

Zero housekeeping for our 4 days,3 nights (Thanksgiving low staff), was given a handicapped room (we have tall teenagers and everything was low.) room smelled the whole 4 days like an electrical fire or something burnt in the microwave? Street drag racing noise in Riverside happened every night - it was loud and we had our own sound machines. Comforters were scratchy. Dark shades were nice. And breakfast staff was exceptionally kind - brought my teen a cupcake when they learned it was his 13th birthday.

The staff is friendly but the fact that there is no self parking and was advised to pay 29.34 valet without anybody given us the option of self parking is a violation, the website did not state we had to valet no matter what.
