Beautiful home in lively

A really charming home in a safe yet vibrant neighborhood. Quite a few nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The home itself was beautiful, slight rustic yet had all the amenities one could need.

An Outdoor and Indoor Oasis

We were very impressed with all areas of this home! Surrounded with beautiful greenery, shrubs and flowers on the outside! Exceptionally clean with quality furnishings on the inside. Lots of thoughtful, extra amenities! A quiet and very convenient location. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect midtown stay

What a perfectly appointed apartment. The location was perfect, with lots of cute local restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area of older homes that have been lovingly cared for. I especially loved the decorating touches that gave a nod to local history. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Cute Bungalow Near Mid-Town

We were in Reno visiting family for Christmas and wanted to stay somewhere nice other than a casino. The place is perfect for a couple. Historic property has been beautifully renovated by someone with a designer’s eye. I grew up in Reno, so I really enjoyed the historic memorabilia scattered about. We will be back.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home

The property was better than expected. It was on a lovely, quiet neighborhood and the house was extremely comfortable. The kitchen, in particular, had every utensil you could imagine and the owner even provided multiple coffee and tea options (French press, percolator, drip, pour over). I would absolutely stay again

Charming, Quiet and Clean

Wonderful property. Clearly the owners took pride in this property and it shows throughout. Very well stocked for all the needs of traveling away from home with a fantastic landscaped setting to relax in. Close to some great midtown eateries and an easy walk to the riverwalk/downtown area. Would absolutely stay here again.

Brick Bungalow with Designer Touches

This is a charming brick bungalow in one of the best neighborhoods in Reno. There are designers touches at every turn in the cottage. Cozy, comfortable space, and so well appointed. Easy to walk to Midtown and Downtown Reno, where you’ll find great restaurants and bars, but don’t Forget to walk the neighborhood and check out all the historic homes of Old Reno.

Home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated 1930's cottage! We appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches. The owner has created a beautiful oasis of a flower filled yard, offering a private outdoor space to enjoy a cup of coffee or unwind after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for those who enjoy a short walk to all that is cool about Reno. We never got in our car to visit the river, Midtown, the museum, restaurants, bars and shops. Close by to lots of great hiking in the immediate area and a short drive to Lake Tahoe. We cannot wait to return!

House is cute. It was nice to have a full kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, ect., It has just about everything you need to prepare food including spices. We forgot coffee and we’re pleased to find fresh coffee on the kitchen counter. It would have been nice to have an extra kitchen towel. It was just the two of us but if there were more we would have ran out of silverware. The floors were dirty and so were the rugs- looked like a combination of dirt, rocks, dust, and maybe cobwebs. I used the swifter to mop the areas where we were going to walk and dusted the bedroom and bathroom window seal because I’m allergic to dust. I’m not sure why the house wasn’t cleaned properly. The house says pets aren't allowed yet there was quite a bit of pet hair on the rug in the bedroom and on the floor. I’m allergic to pet dander and dust & was allergic during our stay. The house must have been sprayed for ants because it wreaked of bug spray. The guest contact was able to get someone out the next day to clean the floors. They also washed the dishes and took out the trash. The floors squeaked throughout the house except the bathroom making it difficult for my husband to sleep since he goes to bed early and I stay up late. I’m sensitive and allergic and these things bothered me enough to not want to stay here again unless they were fixed. If you can’t get past these things the house is very cute, the neighborhood is nice, a good place to walk or ride a bike.

Great Reno digs!

This little cottage was well appointed, in a fabulous neighborhood close to everything. Highly recommend for a couple, or individual without young children or pets. The "stay" binder had the BEST drawings of " how to make coffee" and just about everything you'd want to know about a fun stay in Reno!

Super charming and well appointed

Such a pleasant and comfortable stay. The cottage is so beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need for a stay away from home. I would love to stay here again the next time I am in Reno.
