To start off, the entire hotel is under construction, so the noise was ridiculous. Our room and shower were disgusting. There was blood on the walls with boogers pee, stain carpets, and a cushion chair that was stained beyond belief. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay up. This place was disgusting and there was no rooms left to change. We should’ve been notified prior to booking about the construction, very disappointed!!

Upon arrival, they gave us a room that was not cleaned (unmade bed and trash in room with a terrible odor). We were ab3lw to get the last available room. Unfortunately the Toilet did not flush and the shower sprayed all over. Breakfast didnt have eggs for over 45 minutes one morning ans the next, no hot water for tea for over 30 minutes. Thair renovationa havw nit addressed an usable elevator, guest room doors that sonr close securely, bathroom doors that don't operate properly. I heard of other guests who had to be moved out of their rooms and the initial room being marked as out of order as well of other guests who had to be moved out of their rooms and the initial room being marked as out of order Additionally, 3 cars were broken into on the first night of our stay.

The room was well below standard as if wasn't even cleaned before i checked in. The bed wasn't made all the way. Frozen food was left in the freezer. There was an empty beer bottle on the floor. The phone in the room didn't work. The front desk gave my guest a hard time about checking in even though she had i.d. And 3 different house keepers walked in the room without knocking, unannounced. The whole experience was unacceptable
