The person at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. The room lacked basics Locke bath soap and looked very shabby. No easy access to room had to walk all around the property to get to my room.

We don't like this one because it's door facing the street, a lot of noise, cannot sleep.

Not much positive i can find to say. The place is right on a very busy road and must have thin windows and doors because i couldn't sleep at all. Three road noise was VERY noticeable. The bed and pillows uncomfortable. The shower was falling apart and the bathroom door had holes. The second floor walkway had several deep puddles of standing water that you had to tromp through to get to your room. Overall, this is a budget motel and it certainly shows.

Very good. We had a very comfortable bed to sleep in after a long travel from home.
Staff friendly and efficient. Hotel is conveniently located with access to everything. The rooms are well maintained, quiet clean. I will recommend this hotel to others.
My tv didn't even work in my room. I was told they didn't have any maintenance workers at the time. My tv never did get fixed. They refunded my night.

Sorry the room was missing toiletries, we will address that with housekeeping. We're unsure of what you mean by the room looking shabby, we updated all of our rooms with brand new furniture over the summer. Unfortunately on busy nights like a Friday, we may not have parking available directly next to each room and you may have to walk a little to get there.

I'm sorry you had a negative experience. Next time you stay we'd be happy to provide a room on the back side of the building, where road noise is not an issue.
