Coffee is available in the reception area, only during morning hours. Not available in the room, no breakfast either. Broken air-conditioner and toilet seat parts.
Booked a room through Orbitz around 12:30 am. Needed a place to stay overnight while traveling. They didn’t have the reservation in their system and was unhelpful even with receipt and confirmation provided. Tired traveler and spent almost an hour with Orbitz customer service with no luck. Finally got a refund. Poor service.

The shower was filthy. Hair on the shower walls and soap residue on the soap shelf. Lots of pot smoking going on and were accosted by others staying in the hotel as we were parking. Beds were tiny (claimed to be Queen, but was a Double). Claims to be Downtown/Convention Center and although it is not all that far, it is not walking distance and is on the bad side of town. Only reason we didn't go somewhere else is that they are Pet Friendly and that was a Plus, but no other pet friendly hotels were available that weren't $250/night. Get what you pay for I guess.

I really did not like the hotel.. check in was a hassle.. my room was not ready even after the 3pm . I had to wait over an hour to get my room.. no apology or nothing..
Peculiar smell. No continental breakfast or coffee due to covid yet everyone is walking around without a mask. Make it make sense
Toys under the bed left by previous occupants indicate the cleaning was cursory at best. Glad I didn't have a blacklist. Honestly, it's what I expect from Red Roof, though.

This hotel smelled. When we got to our room we found old, used soap in the shower. Disgusted us so we left. Staff when we left was nice.
Felt safe, staff were nice, good location and price. Room smelled like stale smoke. Bathroom smelled worse - I think someone was smoking in another room and it was coming through the bathroom vent maybe.
