NOTE: There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. However, we provide earplugs and there are noise machines in each suite.

Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the common amenities including the rooftop pool area and gym.
Other things to note Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out, it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment, including 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella are available for guest's use.

Condo needs to be dresed up. Some art here and there on the walls and some lamps would make a huge difference. Everything else is great.

We enjoyed our stay at D’Esire. The condo was clean, bright and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. The communication with the property manager was easy. The rooftop pool/view was spectacular. We loved the added bonus of bar service at the rooftop pool! The bartender was very professional, friendly and made excellent cocktails at reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again!

Almost Perfect
This condo was the best rental we have ever stayed in for many reasons. In a word, it was lovely. Consider this:- newer building managed by professional property managers who were prompt and efficient- premises were spotless- all the appliances worked (not always the case)- fully stocked, including lots of glasses, plates, utensils, and even wine glasses- stacked washer and dryer, and even a wash tub- quality bedding and towels- some spices- purified ice in freezer- garbage bags and dishwasher pucks and soap- separate a/c controls in every room- controls for blinds in bedrooms- light sensors in bathrooms and closets- even some soap and shampoo in bathrooms which was nice touch- flat screen tvs in living area and both bedrooms- condo building is close to many bars and restaurants- happy coincidence is that Los Meurtos Brewery is on one side of the condo building and same outlet on other side - sushi bar in building was in process of getting ready to open up while we were there - and good news is that they were putting up the address on the building as we left. Some tips:- the rooftop pool is virtually empty from 8AM to noon and 6PM to 11PM (also a hot tub too)- only one of the elevators takes you right to the pool area- you will need a match to light the oven, there is small hole on the bottom - if u need help with anything the 24 hour security guys great - only but is the noise in area late at night (which is outside of control of owner) may bother some renters.

Out of the ordinary!!
The condo was as described. 2-years new with a spectacular west-facing balcony that aloud us to see magnificent sunsets. The location was just as described in the heart of the old town. It was exiting and raucous day and night. The noise machines provided were really useful. Would definitely stay there again.

This place exceeded our expectations! It's centrally located in Zona Romantica, right near grocery stores, bars and restaurants. The condo is brand new, clean, spacious, modern and beautiful. The roof deck is stunning with gorgeous views. The people at the front desk and the property management company were super friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time here and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful week in Puerto Vallarta!
We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Vallarta at the D'esire. It is a beautiful new building and the unit is incredibly spacious and well-appointed. The location is fantastic and the rooftop pool is a nice place to relax, especially on the day beds. I highly-recommend this listing if you like to be in the heart of the action in the Romantic Zone.

Luxury in the heart of the Romantic Zone!
As someone who has been visiting PV since 1998, I have stayed at just about every nice property in the area and this brand new unit is at the top of my list! Everything is well equipped in the baths, kitchen, laundry and more. Smart TV's in every room, remote control dual window treatments, quality bedding and beds. Many bars and restaurants are literally a block away at the most. It is a short walk down to the beach and an inexpensive uber or taxi can get you anywhere you need with ease. The owners have invested a lot of time and money to make this unit one of the best you can find! The management company and the building reception are top notch and very helpful as well. You cannot go wrong by booking D'esire 505!!!
