The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are always warm and welcoming. The breakfast is consistently delicious with lots of variety. The rooftop pool is fantastic with great service, a nice view and excellent entertainment. This is our 3rd stay in a row. Location is perfect too.

Very nice place to stay when in Puerto Vallarta if you offer to be away from the busy Centro or romantica zone areas and want an adults only property. The rooftop pool is the gem of this property, a great spot to hang out and relax in the sun or shade. Breakfast buffet every day offers all that you need to start the day. Gym is small and has limited equipment but if you are creative you can get a good workout in. Hotel is midway between Centro and the marina so it’s a quick and cheap uber to either of those areas.

We did not have the breakfast, so can not comment. We looked forward to the New Years Eve celebrations and the food was horrible, then some staff became agitated with my disappointment. So we left before midnight. Next day had to speak to manager. Should have received refund for the meal. The views are north or south facing so only a peak a boo to the ocean. I would give an overall… it’s okay.

Pleasant staff, very clean room and they approved a late checkout to make our delayed travel plans more comfortable. Hotel is on a noisy street, so bring earplugs. Otherwise a great stay.

Room was clean, staff were polite. Breakfast was good (we did not get the buffet but prices were reasonable). Found the drinks at the pool expensive and would have appreciated a happy hour. Only food we ordered at the pool was the shrimp burrito & fries-very good. Several good restaurants a short walk from the hotel and taking a bus to the Malecon was easy. I did miss having a beachfront hotel: did go through the Friendly and walk along the beach but would have been nice to have access to facilities. All-in-all, a very nice modern hotel with good rates.

Great hotel. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping, easy access to the beach, and a really nice pool. Gym was decent for cardio, but not great for weights. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the staff were extremely nice and helpful.
