Great location

I booked a balcony room but only got a view room. Restaurant above us was a bit noisy late at night. I wish they had a policy of being quiet when rearranging the furniture late at night and staff not wearing noisy heels.

The location was amazing. Just in the center of the city. Walkable to all the restaurants and points of interest. Hotel stuff very nice. Great customer service. We received a courtesy for our wedding anniversary. The roof top bar has an amazing restaurant with mariachi. The views are great. The room was small but everything is new and updated . Love my stay in this location.

Gorgeous room with two French doors looking out at the Zocalo. The beds and pillows were great and the linens were very nice. We slept comfortably. The decor made the room feel staff were nice and the location could not be beat.

Check in was super fast and easy. I had three rooms booked and at least two of the three we were able to go check in a bit earlier. The area is very lively so music and noise can be expected but it’s not that bad. The staff are super nice and helpful and the roof top restaurant was certainly a highlight! I’ll certainly be coming back.

The staff service is absolutely fantastic! The amenities are great and all tourists attractions are walking distance! The morning receptionists who checked us in and out was so sweet and courteous and the gentleman who helped us with our bags was so helpful. The restaurant Hook has great views and the cocktails are amazing. The food wasn’t great, I order my steak Medium and it came out fully cooked and dry. Our server was awesome she was very attentive.

La ubicación esta excelente, el hotel muy bonito y limpio, el staff muy amable, mi habitación estaba muy bien solo un poco pequeña aun para dos personas, pero dormimos agusto. Si lo recomiendo.
