Lobby in front of room in a small area, you can here what is going on there and garage door under the room, open several times at night or early in the morning while trying to rest, really noise, room really nice, no a/c available

En el reglamento se enfocan mucho e insisten en que debe uno ser cuidadoso y limpio al usar toallas, sábanas, etc, lo malo es que el hotel no es capaz de darte una habitación con sábanas limpias, toallas y superficies, la limpieza de la habitación que me asignaron muy mala, el servicio del personal fue bueno, se disculparon por el inconveniente pero definitivamente no volvería a quedarme ahí.

New, modern, clean place, spacious room and bathroom, excellent bed. For breakfast go to nearby Breaking Bread Cafe, 2 walking minutes away because there is no restaurant at hotel, only vending machines. Close to many restaurants along Juárez all in walking distance. Entrance outside not appealing due to abandoned properties but inside hotel it’s modern and clean. Very quiet at night.

The boutique hotel is brand new, located on quiet and safe street, and the staff- front desk service is outstanding. They helped when I checked out with my elderly parents, who felt very safe and appreciative. I found this very special, in addition, they accommodated a few requests without hesitation. Thumps up for the staff and the facilities, I will be back for sure.

Mal servicio de un encargado

al final se quedó una persona extra y llegó un encargado y dijo que no podía estar en la habitación. altas horas de la noche. le dije que pagaría su costo extra pero se negó a aceptarlo y quería sacarla del hotel en ese momento. se me hizo un pésimo criterio, al final me enteré que sí se podía pagar una persona extra.
