The beds are very uncomfortable. The toilets are extremely high especially if you're a shorter person like me. My husband is 5'9 and even he had a difficult time with the toilets and the countertops in the bathroom.

Quiet, clean, nice pool and hot tub, beer taps and wine sold at the front desk, tons of shopping. Portsmouth is awesome and this hotel was a short trip to the city and beaches.
Dog friendly is nice
Hotel room had a musky smell and air filter in room badly needs changed, very poor air filtration.
Pool and spa were closed for maintenance.

It is unfortunate to hear you may not have been as comfortable as possible. The good news is that our order of all new mattresses will arrive soon. We recently upgraded all of our toilets as well to high efficient and low flow models. These are an industry standard height as are our counters. Hopefully you may consider a return visit sometime soon to try our new beds.
