One bedroom is on the main level near the kitchen; three are upstairs. Three bathrooms, a full kitchen, living/dining areas, an upstairs-hall laundry closet, and the backyard are included. The garage, fireplace, and basement/service areas are not guest amenities. Central heating and cooling are controlled from the living-room thermostat, but airflow can vary by room.



Guest Access:

Guests use the full interior living space and backyard, excluding the garage and basement/service areas. Entry requires about 10 exterior wooden steps and the home also has an interior stair flight, so it is not step-free. Self check-in uses a physical key from the primary lockbox at the front guest door.



The Neighborhood:

The home is in Northeast Portland near Irving Park, Alberta Arts, Mississippi Avenue, restaurants, groceries, and local shops. This is a residential block; quiet hours and respectful outdoor noise are important.



Getting Around:

Restaurants and shops are reachable on foot, and nearby TriMet service connects to other parts of Portland. One vehicle may use the driveway; additional vehicles rely on legal public street parking under posted signs. Street availability, price, proximity, and security vary.



Other Things to Note:

Important: the exterior entry uses wooden stairs and is not step-free. The fireplace is decorative and cannot be used. Wi-Fi is provided, but speed and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM; parties and events are prohibited.
