I had a terrible experience with this hotel, and when I asked for assistance from Expedia, rhe rep didn’t care. I arrived close to midnight, and the Hotel receptionist was busy with a report and took about 30 minutes to pay attention to us (no other people were waiting, just us). He was annoyed that we were waiting for him and gave us the worst possible room, in front of a busy street (noisy at night), on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs, with no bellboy to help either. The water from the shower and faucet is from the sea (salt water), so no fresh water even to wash your face. No glasses, no table to put our stuff, rotten and private faucets and outlets (I attached pictures), mold on the walls. When I explained this to the Expedia rep, he only offered to talk to the hotel to get me a refund, but offer no solution or second accommodation, not even at a “higher price” that I would have gladly paid
