Voiced the property was dirty upon arrival and manager told me I should take my family else where if I didn’t like it, he seemed indifferent of anything I had to say. Made reservations and took forever to get our meals and wasn’t asked for refills even at the cave restaurant where I had to pay $250 extra we were the first ones in and last ones out, seemed like the manager told everyone to treat us like garbage, went to hibachi and they never made my wife’s meal, went to voice my concerns and said the only manager available was the same guy that didn’t care, we took pictures of everything and showed them and they said no one could do anything about it, up until our last night they said there was someone above him and would meet with us after her meeting, she never met with us so we went to look for her and was told she was gone for the day but would meet us at 8am next day. The next day came around and went to meet with her and they said it was her day off and she refused to take our call. Erika Topete my guess the problem is not your employees but you and all of the “management” in your hotel, I’m a Bonvoy member and it’s the first hotel I get treated like this, I could go on for days on everything that went on my stay. It’s sad to see this and I wasn’t the only one complaining
