There really isn’t anything major wrong with this place. It’s absolutely fine! I had quite a long wait at check-in, but that’s also because it was a football weekend and there were quite a few people ahead of me. I was very surprised that there were not any movies! The total I paid for two nights was $562 so roughly $280 a night including taxes and I think for that amount of money there ought to be Movies! The staff was polite. The little area where you can buy things/extra things that you might need was tiny compared to other places, I’ve stayed in the area like the courtyard Marriott or The Hilton Garden Inn. I just expect the Sheraton to be a little bit fancier than this one is, but I absolutely would stay there again if I had to.

Great staff, bartender, and bed! However, the infrastructure was very outdated. We could hear pipes rattling and refrigerator running so loudly that we couldn’t sleep. The baseboards were ripped off in several spots and the shower curtains were dirty. I couldn’t recommend it and we wouldn’t stay here again The Marriott up the road was much nicer but it was all booked up.

Your employees are wonderful and delightful. A++ Marty at the front desk was so helpful, as was my check out and the shuttle to the airport. Room 318 may have a leak in the ceiling. I forgot to mention it, in my hurry to catch the shuttle. There were a couple nasty stains in the carpet by the door. Mold on the tile grout in the corner of the shower. The bed was wonderful. Overall 4 stars. GREAT staff. I would definitely stay there again.

Glad I was able to check in early to minimize the worry of checking in late. It was fine for my brief one night stay. There was some noise - sounded like maintenance drilling something at midnight - I was too tired and slept through it.
