We had one towel and wash cloth for two adults and the front desk said they have none to give us. Also had to use two hands to work the remote control. Front desk showed us how to push the bottom at the same time you change channels. If a hotel can’t supply basic needs what good is it. Over all failure, and I will never stay there again . we checked out after 1st night and went to holiday in express

This place was loud. They did not give us enough towels the first night. And it said 100% smoke free but all night we kept smelling smoke through the vents and it was the most unpleasant smell specifically because I was with my two young children. The next day we went outside and there it was two staff members smoking right in front of the No Smoking Sign. I'm done booking any red roof chain.

No towers available only 2 and we were 4 I had to wait until next day to get more beds were uncomfortable and not queen it was full size but almost like a tween room smell like if there was animals inside before and smoke it’s was just not good only good was that everything it’s close to it.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of this place

Diana at the front desk was very helpful but this place has lost its appeal with it’s current condition. Had to get a change of room because the bathe tub had a good amount of rust and around the tub itself had mold. The other room was even worse. Tub didn’t have rust but had more mold and to make things worse, the toilet was broken and the water kept running all throughout our stay there. The room itself had an unpleasant smell and my best guess is because of the carpets or the ac itself. Either way, we were disposed and I felt bad to go ask for another change of room so we just took one for the team but I would not recommend this place until it gets a good cleaning/renovation.
