Pillow problem.

The hotel is great, a 10 out of 10. My only complaint is that the pillows had an odor that made me feel they were dirty. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Using two did not make it any better.

This property is okay, but not quite to the standard I would excited given the price. This hotel is really designed for families. It's but very romantic. The halls are loud with kids screaming. But, overall it's clean and gets the job done.

They didn't clean the room during our stay, even after a specific request to the front desk for that service. There was no do not disturb sign. They checked us into the wrong booking and then charged us for both and were unhelpful with a refund.
