The Metro Hotel definitely has that special touch. Staffs were great and friendly. It's very close to downtown without being close to all the noise. The good coffee, crepes, and baked goods in the morning is a nice touch.
Our stay at valley ford hotel during a sonoma weekend was a great experience : - very friendly and accomodating staff on the phone before the trip and thorughout the stay - delicious food at the restaurant in the evening, a gem in the middle of the countryside, that saves you having to take the car ...

We had an issue with our first room and the staff quickly got us another room. Dave the bartender is awesome What a genuinely nice man!!!! He showed Great customer service
