We’ve stayed at this location before and had a great experience, which is why we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t quite live up to the standard that initially brought us here.The Good: The hotel has a lot going for it. It’s in a great location—walking distance to the casino (with a free shuttle option) and close to plenty of food spots like In-N-Out and Starbucks. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the complimentary breakfast is solid. We appreciated the social hour, which includes a drink voucher for a cocktail and a small appetizer. The pool area is clean and inviting, with a heated pool that’s perfect for relaxing. And I have to mention—this place still has one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. The Disappointment: Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable issue. Our bathroom had ants. When we informed the concierge, she didn’t seem surprised, which was concerning. Since we were heading out for a few hours, we asked if it could be taken care of while we were gone. When we returned about six hours later, the ants were mostly gone—but the dead ones were left behind. We chose not to escalate the issue in the moment and just focused on enjoying our stay, but what really bothered us was the lack of follow-up. We stayed for three nights and were never contacted about the matter. On the day we checked out, we met another guest in the elevator who said their room had a worse ant problem. We had such a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean. The beds are big and comfortable. The hotel has many areas to sit and relax. They have a delicious complimentary hot breakfast and social hour with free food and drinks including wine and alcohol. They have ample parking. Walking distanfe to Starbucks. Per friendly. We brought our dog with us and they were very accommodating. Rooms are spacious. Will return again. Great experience.

The Oxford Suites is a very nice hotel. Complimentary wine in the evening and a nice breakfast in the Morning. It’s a 5min walk to the Casino but the hotel offers a free shuttle to the Casino. All in all a nice experience.

Door kept getting jammed when trying to open with key card system. Had an older smell in the rooms and random hairs were found in the bathroom. Outside of that, staff was friendly and property was close to my event

This is not the closest hotel to our destination but we continue to choose this hotel because the rooms are very nicely appointed and always clean. The best part though is the hotel staff, particularly the lovely folks who cook and serve breakfast. We will continue to choose Oxford Suites whenever possible. Many thanks.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Sonoma County. Thanks to the front desk staff, we got to see the best July 4th fireworks at the nearby Sonoma State Uni. The rooms come with some nice breakfast but with a caveat. I hope the management rethinks their process of serving hot food. There was a long line for it as its is served from the kitchen counter by the a staff member. it is not buffet style.
