Birthday celebrations in wine country

We were a group of 8 celebrating two birthdays. The house completely met our needs. Spacious is an understatement. The kitchen is well equipped while leaving space for our groceries. We never felt cramped or in each other's way. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and around the table outside. The table inside was larger than we needed making it was very comfortable and each bedroom has a king sized bed making our nights comfortable as well. The three hole putting green made for a fun improv competition and the hot tub and pool were an added bonus. The location is great for enjoying wine tastings. 45 min. to the town of Sonoma and 20 min. to Healdsburg. It was easy to work with Nikki and her assistant. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and we were given wonderful recommendations. I have stayed in many VRBOs and I would highly recommend staying here.

Fun escape in Sonoma with friends

A nice home to relax in and spend time outside. Putting green, hot tub and pool. Lovely kitchen and room for 3 couples to relax and have their own space.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Let me begin with it is a great home for friends visiting wine country! We were a party of 6 visiting both Sonoma and Napa counties for the first time. The home is as described, although we did have a few hiccups, but the host was proactive and very helpful. The only negative I would add is that as a result of an a/c issue, we found several ill fitting screens which allowed bugs into the home and the master bedroom sliding door did not have a screen door which allowed the room to be very warm. Again, the host was wonderful to work with and she made everything better. If you're a homeowner, you know that it can be a challenge to get the help you need when you want it. Nikki did her best and was very thoughtful and kind throughout our week. IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY IF YOU'RE TRIP IS TAKING YOU TO BOTH SONOMA AND NAPA. I believe we'll be back!

Beautiful, Comfortable House!

Our group of four couples had a wonderful experience here! The house is just gorgeous and so well-appointed, yet very comfortable at the same time. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. All eight of us were able to sit together on the sectional sofa in the living room to enjoy TV each evening, and there was plenty of room for everyone around the dining table as well. The wine cellar room made everything feel even more special! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the wine cellar room made it feel very special! Communication with the host was prompt, friendly, helpful and professional, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear. The house is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with very easy access to surrounding wineries. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend this property, and we hope that we will be lucky enough to stay here again someday! Thank you!

Christmas is Santa Rosa

My family, partner, and their family stayed here for Christmas, and it was just wonderful! Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space, room to sit in front of the fireplace, and a big kitchen to cook dinners for everyone. The host was quick and helpful, and I’d recommend this for anyone needing a spacious but quiet place to stay in Santa Rosa.

Wine country getaway

This property is very spacious…plenty of room for eight of us to eat breakfast, get ready to explore the area and hang out together after. Very convenient to highway but in a nice, hilly neighborhood. Bedrooms were large, beds and linens lovely and comfortable and beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. One bathroom was a bit of a walk from the closest bedroom and you have to walk through a bedroom to reach the laundry room, but those are minor inconveniences. The gas fireplace was wonderful and tv’s easy to use. All in all, the house really worked well for us and the owner, Nikki, was exceptionally responsive and welcoming. Thank you!!

Girls Trip Wine Tour

Overall our stay was great! The house is beautiful and large! A couple small things need some maintenance like the ice machine wasn’t working so we bought a few bags of ice ourselves, not the end of the world. The main reason for my four-star review rather than a five-star is the neighbours calling in a noise complaint at 8pm on us for playing music and laughing while eating dinner indoors with the patio door open. There is a sign to not make noise in the backyard after 10pm which is fair - but to not be able to make noise in the home at 8pm is a little bit ridiculous. Nikki was very nice about it but it still put a bit of a damper on our final evening at the home. Other than that I would recommend this property with all its amenities :)

Leah and Joe - wedding week

The property is lovely, in a quiet neighbourhood and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nikki is a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend and hope to revisit.

Nice House

Location was great and quiet. Overall the house was beautiful and just what we needed for our group as it has 2 suites and everything was great, except the TV remotes were a pain as one didn't work and we had to use one for both large TV in dining room and living room. Cable was limited unless you have all your stream accounts ready to input. Pool was not heated so not sure if it could have been, but we had the hot tub, but it was even a challenge as we tried to put the temp at 102 and it went up to 108° so a bit hot. tried to take it back down to 85° when not in use, but we came back the next morning and it was 107°. Other than that the rooms, bathroom floors are heated and the kitchen is a chefs dream.

Fantastic family getaway in wine country

This house was perfect for a trip my husband and I took with our two married kids (6 adults total). It was spacious, with plenty of room for both private time away from the group and lovely places to gather together both indoors and outdoors. We chose to eat out for almost all our meals, but the kitchen is large (exactly as pictured) and fully equipped for cooking. Excellent choice where I’d be thrilled to return.

Perfect stay for a girls weekend in wine country

My sisters and I booked this place for a long weekend to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday. The house is extremely spacious, very comfortable beds & fantastic kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening & the locatikn was perfect. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful Home

We came to Santa Rosa to do some wine tasting. Nikki’s home is the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. Beautiful home and backyard. Lovely location. Very clean. Nikki was responsive and accommodating. Check in and check out were seamless. 100% would stay at one of Nikki’s properties again. 10/10.

Excellent and SPACIOUS

What a property! Great amenities, beautiful home and fantastic kitchen! My only wish is it was warmer so we could use the pool. But no worries, the clean hot tub took care of that. The house had huge TVs, nespresso, good mattresses, toiletries, and a big enough sectional to fit 4-5 people very comfortably! A perfect location and the host was extremely quick to respond and accommodating.

Wonderful Stay in Santa Rosa

The house is as advertised -- spacious and very comfortable. All amenities were excellent. It was a quiet neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. Any issues reported to Nikki were being dealt with for upcoming renters. Wonderful for families.

Amazing house, amazing stay

Our stay in Santa Rosa was one for the books. Our group walked in and we were SHOOK at how beautiful this home was! It is sooo much bigger / more spacious than the photos show! The kitchen was top notch, the couch was big and prime for hanging and watching TV, the outside with the pool and hot tub was pristine, and the beds were SO comfy. Our group had dinner plans for the first night of our stay and we canceled them so we could spend more time at the residence. It is just SO stunning! Our host was kind, gracious, and so helpful! As we left, our group kept saying that we need to save this listing to re-book it next year. Cannot rave about this house enough! Book it ASAP!

Clean & Quiet

Nice home, very clean with spacious common areas. Had to finish drying the towels from the previous renters, and one of the bathrooms had a missing shower door which was not made known to us prior to renting. Otherwise it was great.

Great Friends Getaway

This house is centrally located and had everything we wanted. Finding a house with 4 king beds is rare. Nice, big, open floor plan made it perfect for for four couples. Would recommend this house to others and will definitely stay there again.
