We were not happy with the first 2 12 days of our 5 day stay because they didnt clean our room. And we had had to transfer rooms the very 1st night because there was no phone or workable remote for tv. Met wirh manager on 3rd day morning because he wasnt there on weekend and he made sure our room was cleaned the last 2 days.

The facility is kept clean, the staff is friendly and they keep a close eye on cars in the lot. The hotel is near a busy highway so if that will bother you, make a different choice. Not a problem for us.

I’ve always liked staying at Holiday inn Express hotels and the Santa Rosa North hotel was especially nice. Clean, great staff (Luis and Jerusalem in particular), convenient location and comfortable beds. Will definitely return.

In a very poor area. Right on the freeway freeway traffic was so loud probably only got three hours of sleep. Asked for a wake up call never got a wake up call. I would never stay at this location again and definitely double the price it should have been
