Had everything we needed and well appointed
It was exactly what it purports to be, a low-cost option in a high-cost area. It was clean, the furniture was obviously budget-oriented but clean and new. The carpets had been replaced with vinyl-plank which was crisp and easy to maintain. It was conveniently located along on Mendocino, across from Mombo's Pizza and a good coffee shop. We were visiting friends and just needed a place to crash. Aside from the relative stiffness of the mattress, it was exactly what we needed.

The property was being renovated and the room they gave us had an opening in the bathroom ceiling and a huge gap under our room door so it was freezing the entire night in the room!
This is a rather dingy place. The bedding smells old and there is just a general feeling of gloom about it. I was only there for the one night but that was enough. The TV has 400 channels and I think 399 of them are advertising. The guy at the front desk though makes up for it by being rude and abrasive and treating you like you were a criminal.

This is an old fashioned motor Court that is clean, quiet and comfortable. The property has been well maintained and the staff are very nice. It's in a great neighborhood with lots of travelers amenities and restaurants ranging from quick service to sit down. This motel is great for a night or two when you are exploring Sonoma County.
The manager was very attentive and personal. For a smaller hotel it is on the nicer side of that category. The WiFi wasn’t the strongest and the beds are a little firm. However, it was close to a lot of options, had great water pressure and came w a fridge. I would def stay here again if I’m in the area.
The owner was very very friendly when we checked it. When we checked out she told my husband that e missed breakfast and gave him some bananas and sweet rolls to take with us. She came out and told us to have a safe trip.
For this price point and for the age of the facility its a great bargain and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, everything worked decently, staff and wifi were great.
Old fashioned small motor court in excellent condition. Safe and quiet, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great value for the price, no amentues other than packaged danishes, coffee and green tea. I would stay here again anytime.

Dear Guest Thank you for staying at the North Bay Inn and in reviewing your stay here with us. I am surprised at the hole in the bathroom ceiling. Had you brought it to our attention we would have rectified this for you and changed your room. All our room doors have a rubber seal so they prevent any draft from coming into the room.
