The room was okay. The throw pillows were stained, the mirror had a large crack in it and the blinds did not provide privacy. They did not close properly and if you had your lights on you can see inside the room.

The room smelled like a strong chemical when we first entered but it wore off by the next morning. The heating system was loud and went on and off all night, so while my husband could mostly sleep through it, I wasn’t able to and had a lousy night.

The room was very nice, however the location was not. My room (160) was in a short hallway next to the Electrical Room and the Laundry room. I was awakened each morning (Saturday - Tuesday) between 8:00-8:20 as Housekeeping rolled carts to fill with clean linens, etc. On Wednesday-Friday mornings, I was awakened between 7:45-8:00 by work being done on the roof above my room, i.e. the Electrical Room. The drilling on Wednesday morning by the workmen was unbelievably loud and irritating, and I had to get out of the room far earlier than I had planned. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and has always been our hotel of choice when we visit the area. This makes me a little leery about using Expedia in the future, not knowing where we may be put because of a lower price. Is there any financial compensation you could extend for my inconvenience?
