Confusing Layout Becomes Comfortable

Once we got used to a somewhat confusing layout of the house, especially bedrooms and bathrooms, all was comfortable. We are a group of three couples all over seventy. It was good that we weren’t the ten people the owners said the house accommodated and did not need five bedrooms because one had a bathroom which was only a toilet and sink and two other bedrooms shared a single bathroom with shower. did no

Girls Trip Weekend

We had a great time for our 2-night stay. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of space for our group of girls to hang out more inside and outside. We enjoyed the hot tub, and pool being warm!

Exceptional stay

Our family of 4 stayed in the house for 2 nights.Bedrooms were nice:mattresses soft and good bedding. Bathroomes had everything we needed and functioned well. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Hosts responded fast. Thank you very much!

Bumpy check in but overall a good stay

We had some hiccups checking in (we did not receive the door code and had some delays in getting it), but overall it was a good stay. The house was very clean, and the pool and the hot tub were highlights. I was able to work remotely while there, and appreciated the internet was very fast and reliable. One note: the clearance on the entrance to the driveway is low and scraped the bottom of my car each time we drove in/out. I don't imagine the owners can do anything about it, but it's worth noting given they insisted we not park on the street.

Five star house!

Loved the retro style and the gorgeous windows open to the Mountain View. Pool was up and running and the hot tub was perfect! Appreciated super responsive host Peter. Easy to contact and responded immediately. We needed a few extra hours after check out because of a late flight- no problem. Super comfortable house!! Neighborhood was gorgeous at the top of a hill! Dishes and utilities in kitchen were good- bring your own foil- or wrap for leftovers. I would highly recommend this house for a group of 6-8 people! Thanks Peter

Great getaway in wine country

I booked the Tree Haven house for my wife and her long lost friends from college for a girl's long weekend get away in wine country. They had an amazing time. The house was great. It was clean, well equipped, and the location was wonderful. Peter, the host, was fantastic to deal with. He was very responsive and offered great advice with recommendations for wineries, restaurants, and other things to do near by. One thing to be aware of is that the house doesn't really have 5 bedrooms. There is alcove on the way to the master master bedroom that has a couch and a trundle bed. It would be fine if you're planning on using those beds for children. But since our group was 6 non-couple adults, the ladies had to double up in the real bedrooms. Not the end of the world though. It was a great house.

Relaxation in Santa Rosa

Great location and home for the wine country

We were 6 female college friends touring the wine country. The Haven is a great location and perfectly equipped for our needs. Peter was a very responsive host, offering us tourist suggestions, making sure we had everything we needed etc. We enjoyed time in the pool and hot tub, as well as cooking some great meals with the oven and grill. Thanks Peter!

Wonderful location!

Stayed here with a group of friends for my birthday trip and the house was awesome! Super comfortable for us, location was not far from wineries and shopping, and the view from the house was incredible. The communication with the property manager was fantastic, very quick and very helpful. We all had a great time, thank you so much!!

Unique property with fantastic view

We did a long weekend for my wife’s 40th birthday party and had an absolute blast. The property is so unique, interesting and well maintained. The view is spectacular, the pool is big and surrounded by a huge deck and the neighborhood is so neat. We would definitely recommend.

Great house in a central location in Wine Country

A group of high school friends gathered for a reunion at this house and had a great weekend in wine country! The house definitely has a retro-vibe which the owners have played up with the decor. The views are amazing and the pool is the perfect spot to chill and sip wine while watching the sun set. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and there is plenty of space to sit and chat with a large group. Note that there are only two full baths in the home, but it wasn't an issue even with 8 ladies showering - the hot water tank must be huge because we never ran out. My only recommendation would be to consider updating the second bathroom. One of our group is quite tall and she struggled with the low shower head.

Two Family Vacation

The entire trip was amazing. The house is gorgeous with an amazing view. We had two families with adult kids that traveled together for the first time and this was the perfect place to stay. Thanks for the perfect Spring Break relaxing, recharging trip.

Perfect for our needs

I booked this house to gather with friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house layout is great and the outdoor space is outstanding. Perfect proximity to Sonoma wineries and other activities. I want to echo another review that the fridge definitely gets noisy after use and could use an upgrade. Definitely would rent again!
