I would not recommend this hotel. When I booked, they promised us a first-floor room so we could park near our door and keep an eye on our two classic cars during a car show weekend. When we arrived, they told us no first-floor rooms were available. Strike one. The room itself was dirty — I have photos showing how grimy it really was. The “breakfast” was nothing more than some oatmeal packets set out in the lobby. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the room was far below expectations. I wasn’t looking for luxury, just a decent, clean place to stay for about 8 hours of sleep, but this place failed even at that. Definitely would not stay here again.

Room seemed fairly clean and tidy but after showering and walking back to the bed the soles of my feet were black. It doesn’t take much to mop a floor !. Breakfast was not worth bothering with a coffee machine in the reception area and tubs of porridge & super long life packaged pastries. Note to self do a little more research instead of just going off the pictures

The hotel advertises free breakfast and a kitchen in the units, however the breakfast was merely coffee, instant oatmeal and prepackaged muffins and breakfast bars. No real heathy foods. Also my Kitchen stove did not work

Check in was good, however when we get to the room the bathroom was so dirty, then I reported to the front desk and they decided to assign another room, which it was ok. I left my coffee cup and my water bottle, both was YETI and I called the same day and they told me that that the water bottle was in the front office but the coffee cup not. I told them I will come to pick up the cup.

This place was so nasty the bathroom door handle was broke the nightstand paint was off the toilet was clogged and it had blood in it..the k9 police kept riding threw the parking lot the room smells so bad..it was a large presence of smokers..I would no recommend to stay here at all especially if you have kids

A little above average, not best, not the worst

It’s fine, if looking for cheap and fairly safe, it beats the h out of the Park, Super 8, Sandman and motel 6. I work here a lot, those are all cruddy and not real safe feeling. The north extended stay is a bit nicer, but for the price difference between the two, definitely smarter to stay at south cost wise. But tbh the manager at both is a jerk. Like as far as I’m concerned, he made a threat to me, which is absolutely unacceptable. I had to not go to desk a few days to let temper calm down. But rest of the staff is good service and friendly. It’s a eh part of town, but could be worse. It isn’t ghetto or anything, just a keep to yourself type area. North feels a little less iffy. But the actual recliner chair and good tv, full size fridge and kitchenette are big plus factors. But for a few weeks on work trip, $300 a week cheaper adds up, so worth it.

Shady Business

The location was very loud. My sleep was disrupted all night. The grab and go breakfast was just a prepackaged muffin or Nutrigrain bar. Upon check in the rate was lower than I was quoted. I paused and verified that the reservation and price was correct because it was lower than I expected. The lady checking me in verified that everything was correct and explained that she was able to apply a discount that lowered my price. Upon check out the hotel, without my knowledge, charged my card the full rate. They claimed to have issued a refund for the discounted rate, which at this point hasn’t posted. When I explained to him what had happened he told me that he didn’t believe me, and that I was not eligible for the discount. I told him that felt shady and wasn’t right to change the agreement after the fact. He told me he didn’t care but he was going to collect full payment. I suppose I’ll have to wait and see how this works out.

I would not recommend this hotel. The bed and pillows are terrible! Uncomfortable, no real blankets, tub drain is broken, no conditioner or body wash, no plates or silverware for the kitchen and front desk not answering. Also the housekeeping burst into my room with their key before I could answer the knock a few hours after I checked in. It's a pretty ghetto hotel. Not happy, comfortable beds are important 😮‍💨

24 hour pile driving directly across the street! There was a small notice on the Front Desk apologizing for the inconvenience, but too little too late. That information needed to be on the website! A lower rate would have been a nice gesture! Prepaid and non refundable in the presence of 24 hour pile driving made me feel VERY disrespected by the BRAND. The room felt neglected and cheap. The table was wobbly, the sign informing us about pots and pans for rent, and the shoddy repairs throughout the room made us feel like we were in a ZERO-star motel. The BEST part of the stay, was the staff. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The staff are the reason the overall rating is not a ZERO.
