Just a one night stay, but we were disappointed. The fire pit area was lovely. The reception area was pretty. But it’s too close to the freeway and the pool and hot tub were filled with loud screaming kids. This did not feel like a 4-star hotel or a Hyatt. It felt like an old adult apartment complex that had been renovated (a while ago.) The bathrooms have the dreaded loud “Barn Door” and the decor was sparse and uninspired. The walls to the outer hall and in between rooms are paper thin so we heard every hall conversation and loud child running and screaming through it. We tried to drown out the noise but the fan on medium sounded like a car idling with a loud muffler. It was almost comical, except I got about 2 hours of sleep. Also, you can tell it’s “Pet Friendly” because the halls smelled like dog pretty badly. The valet had to be summoned frequently 2/3 times we needed them. I’m so sorry to report this place is just “okay” if you’re a large loud family with a pet- you’ll love it.

There was no information in the room about any services offered by the hotel: wifi, options for food or anything else. When we checked in we asked for room service only when requested, but they came every day anyway. The button on their phone for the front desk did not work, so you only option was to go down to the front desk. Nice place, but information is hard to come unless you know to ask for it.

Property is good . My room 292 was not ! No window view at all . Bad carpet stains , phone chirped all night and fire alarm went off at 1 AM , so overall poor night . Usually enjoy this hotel stay.
