The floor in my room was concrete with stains and cracks from the past. Just because they accept pets shouldnt mean they cant get some linoleum or vinyl to make the floors more comfortable to walk on barefoot. Towels were in the closet across the sink area from the shower. Tiles in front of the sink are VERY slippery when wet.
Really adorable, high quality and comfortable hotel with super nice owners / staff. Rate was reasonable for the quality and was one of the lower priced options in Santa Rosa that was still really nice. Parking was easy, checkin / checkout also super easy. Bed was firm like we like it, so we slept well. Enjoyed coffee and light breakfast in the morning. Loved the food options nearby - Spinster Sisters and Red Bird bakery were delicious.

The place was lovely, but I had reserved a spot for around 140 and was charged around 230. I found out when I arrived home and checked my bank statement. Otherwise it was a wonderful place, but...not that nice!
