They ignored me when I walked in as they were dealing with other crisis like somebody stealing a TV and somebody else refusing to stay in their assigned room because it was filthy, buds not made, etc. There was all kinds od crazy stuff being sold in the lobby in plastic baskets on the floor, including old faucets and cheap food. and their was trash all over the place outside. The walls in the room were stained and there was no coffee pot or even paper cups for water. Also the internet was very slow and all the vending and ice machines were non-functioning. The one thing I will say is that the bed itself seemed clean. Otherwise I would not have stayed, but I was tired from driving and decided to put up with all the issues. But never again!

I have lived in the area for many years but have never needed a hotel. This place made me feel sorry for myself as a person that somehow I found myself in this place. I was too cheap to leave the hotel which is something I’m working on. The number one complaint was trashed junkie stumbling through the parking lot, she was the grossest looking hooker I have ever seen. I kept imagining how perhaps she may have stayed at this room before me for all I know. She was gross looking and I imagine a local to the hotel. The sheets were stained with bodily fluids, though I slept on top of everything blanks and things I still felt like I had to keep reminding myself this was only for one night. The motel is set too close to the street and is super loud outside with heavy traffic flow until about 9 pm. I now am working on not being overly cheap and actually having self respect. The inn at Rohnert park is only a few dollars more and super quiet and clean is what I have found.

The room was quite clean. Thank you to whoever does the cleaning. Enough clean towels and beddings. There’s a microwave. Would be good if we had cups with coffee/tea. Considering I got the room cheap I am not complaining

Air conditioner has my airways stuffed and running and experiencing nasal drainage. Im onset asthmatic and I am miserably congested while struggling to breathe!!!! The removable air filters are caked with filth. I have photos. The room is in need of dusting, vacuuming and disinfectant BADLY. I WAS DENIED HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE.

Love the owner Mike. He works very hard and is a very smart man. The property shows improvement everyday. He’s taking a mess and turning it into something beautiful again. It’s going to take a lot of work, but I have faith he can do it.

I booked for two days when we returned from lunch second day we couldn't get in room, they put a wrong name under my Expedia reservations. Had to get new keys. When we got back from dinner the fire protect alarm was chirping and had to call them to replace batteries. They didn't have any so they took it apart and didn't tell desk so when I checked out they tried to accuse me of taking it apart. When I asked why all this happened, the Manager said, Do you want to be the Manager? I will never return to this space again. Horrible Customer Service, I didn't even argue.
