The place is getting pretty run down. Virtual agent check in is an annoying process. $150 deposit for a substandard property is ridiculous. There was guests who were openly smoking marijauna in the stairwell and our room reeked of the smell afterwards

This is an older property but it is well maintained. I liked all of the staff but I was a bit dismayed but the use of a remote person doing the check from a kiosk.

Everything during my stay was great, room was very clean and housekeeping will come everyday asking if you’d like service. The breakfast options were amazing, and the staff who work there are very sweet and helpful, lots of stuff to pick from yogurt to oatmeal eggs and waffles, they even had almond milk. The only thing that was a bit weird was the virtual assistant, I find it easier when there’s someone present at the front desk. Staff was super nice when checking in and out, and were able to help me out with the deposit fee. Overall I enjoyed my stay! :)

The man at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Room was huge, bed and pillows comfortable. The shower pressure was great. Everything was great, would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean. The cleaning staff were on it. Good location near stores and freeway.Check in was easy but there is no one at the front desk so the person on the kiosk checked us in but only for one night so the second day our keys didn’t work and we had to return to the office to pick up another set of keys. Unfortunately at the time I need new keys there was a heavy police presence searching a room with a few people in handcuffs near the lobby/office area. The door to the room stuck and you had to push or pull on it hard in order to shut it. The breakfast is nothing to write home about.

The room had traffic noise and other loud noises. The bed was uncomfortable. It seemed like the mattress was damaged and not level. I’ve had much better stays in the same hotel, different room.

Breakfast is served too early. It ends at 9AM. When I’m on vacation/ holiday I sleep in until 9AM. It should be available until 11AM like most places. I booked thru hotels.com. I wanted to stay another night at that rate but was told I would have to check out and then book it through hotels.com again if I wanted that rate. I didn’t want to pack my luggage & then leave to room until 3PM.

I stayed here twice within a week and both times found hair in the shower. The pros are a continental breakfast with plentiful choices and the staff are all wonderful. I came back because they had real comforters that are fluffy not those sad thin blankets many hotels have, they have good quality pillows and the beds are very comfortable. But the housekeeping isn’t great. The second room I booked had a dirty towel in the laundry bag, yuck.
