I liked everything. They have a little trail with an Asian garden, it was quiet and clean. No dislikes at all.
Strong smell of cleaner in the room, needed to be aired out but at least it was clean. Pool is really nice, breakfast is ok. Overall it was a good stay.
Booked 2 rooms, with 2 adults and four 12 year olds in each room. The rooms we were assigned had 2 double beds and a twin roll away in a tiny room. One staff person said our accommodations were against fire code, but it was 11 at night and we weren’t able to get any other accommodations, so we had to stay. Front desk told us it wasn’t their fault and that it was our fault for booking through Orbitz(!!!????). Very unhappy. Definitely will put Days Inn on the “never again” list.
Great location, easy access. Very basic, but an overall nice experience.
Room smelled like smoke. I politely called immediately and asked if I was put in a smoking room. They said no. Asked if it was ever a smoking room, they said no and offered me a refund to go somewhere else without offering another room. Obviously the room was a smoking room at some point, maybe before this company owned the building. It's hard to get smoke smell out of rooms. It smelled like a casino.
It was fine, nothing special. I can’t believe how expensive hotels are in Marin.
Clean and nice. Friendly staff, quiet and comfortable room
Very clean and quiet. Wasn’t aware of the 250 required because we had pre-registered. Took pics for reference if needed.
Great staff, comfortable bed, new bath, still smells like ash tray...
Cobwebs in room above each lamp. No microwave or fridge. Found bugs in bathroom. Only one soap. Towels were very thin. Blood stains on inside of shower curtain. Coffee maker did not work and spilled water all over. Breakfast is coffee and old pastries. Breakfast room full of employees. Pleasant and polite manager but other staff crude and untrained. Need I say more?
Easy access off of Hwy 101, but still quiet from the passing vehicle noise. A short drive to downtown Novato, which has several restaurants to choose from.
Sink did not drain. Tub shower lever did not work. Could not and did not take a shower after a long trip. A terrible place to stay.
We needed a budget-friendly place relatively near San Francisco, Muir Park, and Point Reyes. This one fit the bill. If driving 30-40 minutes to reach one of those places is a deal breaker, than this location wouldn't be ideal for you. Closer properties were easily $100 more per night, however, so it was worth the distance for us. Also, the place is well-kept and well-run, and it's in a peaceful area on the edge of Novato. Our door actually faced a field in which deer were grazing that night. A nice place to get some rest.
Clean room, nice grounds. Hard to find. No other comments.
