It is odd to get to. You can see it from the main road, but tricky to get to it. Therenare a lot of bums hanging around the street you enter from, since there is a homeless "village" nearby. Hotel hallways needed vacuuming and some of the trash cans were overflowing. Staff was great. Wish there was a better walking path to the downtown.

The room was large and clean, the food was ok, the staff was doing their best but they were grossly understaffed, with sometimes one person running the bar/bistro/coffee shop alone. Taking orders as well as cooking, AND helping out in other parts of the hotel as well - there was no one at the front desk at time of checkin or checkout and no bell or other device to let them someone was waiting. These are signs of poor management and do not at all reflect on the staff who were always polite and gave excellent service inspite of the obvious staffing shortages.

Why? Lack of compliance to serve guests basic need

Our stay was enjoyed, however, we became irratated because our room was not cleaned daily as promised We ran out of clean towels & kleenex. Had to take time twice, to ask for supplies…which we did not receive We were told the hotel had run out of kleenex. . .really??

Yes, plenty of light was provided in the parking lot. I felt safe. The staff at the front desk were always polite and helpful.The young man with the sandy blonde hair was very kind. He told me his name but I am terrible with names. Alejandro or Leonardo (something ike that) :)

Too expensive to have mold on the shower

Well there was mold in the shower and it was dirty, the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable, there was a hole in the wall from where someone had opened the bathroom door too hard. Overall just an extremely expensive hotel stay, in a kinda gross room.
